Both protégés and mentors complete an application asking them to rate approximately 80 areas in which they need assistance or have skills.

Mentor-Protégé Match

The Commission on Professional Credentialing (CPC) assigns qualified mentors to work with protégés by matching the mentor's areas of expertise with the areas of concern and challenges the protégé indicates in their application.

Timeline

The suggested formal mentoring period will last for three months. During this period, communication is mostly by phone and email contact.
