Paradigm Shift

It has been said "accreditation will influence a paradigm shift in the fire service." As with many public service arenas, the fire service is not always quick to adopt change. Accreditation certainly forces positive change. Much like law enforcement accreditation, fire accreditation must become the norm. Fire Chiefs must be flexible and open to new ideas from younger members of their department.
